On-Going Superlatives
Ah, the forever subjective human task of assigning awards, nominations, and other such superlatives to every single thing on the planet. Anime, and its characters, are no exception. However, rather than have an annual event, I’m going to be lazy (or less lazy) and have an ongoing list of superlatives I’d like to keep for every anime out there. The characters and categories are by no means definitive, just a subjective listing of those I feel deserve recognition. Keep in mind that my knowledge of anime is still relatively limited, thus the only characters who could qualify for these superlatives are those from anime I’ve already seen…which is, admittedly, not that much.
That said, here is my incomplete, never will be complete, and constantly updated list of awards for anime and their characters. Like WWE titles, they may shift at anytime, and no one keeps a title for any definite amount of time. Suggestions for new categories, complaints, agreements, or any other comments are well welcome.
